The Brex support team will only contact you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org
, or via a phone call. Brex staff will never ask you for your password nor will you ever be asked to provide your password or two factor authentication code anywhere except the Brex login pages (https://dashboard.brex.com
). The only code the support team will ever ask you for is a 6 digit identity verification code.
