How do I suspend and unsuspend a user?

As a Brex Admin, you are able to suspend/unsuspend users at any time by following the steps below:

Step 1: Expand the Team tab and click on Users and cards on the left-hand side of the Brex dashboard

Step 2: Search for the cardholder using the search bar; when the user's name appears in the search results, click on the user's name
 
 
A menu bar will appear from the right-hand side with information on the user's cards and spend.

Step 3: On the top right, click on the icon of a person to Suspend User or Unsuspend User


Important note: Suspending a user will lock all of their active Brex cards, as well as revoke their access to the Brex dashboard.
