When our system determines a transaction to be unusual, we may require additional approvals before processing a payment. The approval process may differ depending on the number of admins currently on the account.
If a transaction requires additional approval, the sole admin will receive a notification from their Brex app to confirm the payment. Once the payment has been approved from the mobile app, it will continue processing as expected.
Note: Approval notifications will be sent via email if the admin has not installed the Brex app.
