Follow the steps below to reroute your platform payouts to Brex Cash.
Log in to Amazon Seller Central
and click Message Support
to give them a heads up. This helps avoid fraud flagging on your account.
On the Amazon Seller Central dashboard, go to Settings and click Account Info.
On the Seller Account Information page, under Payment Information, click Deposit Methods.
Click Replace Deposit Method.
It can take up to two business days to make the change. To confirm that your bank account information has been updated, view the Deposit Methods page in Seller Central.
From your Shopify
admin go to Settings
In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
Under Payout bank account in the Payout details section, click Change bank account.
Enter your old bank account information and your Brex account details, then click Save.
From your Stripe
dashboard side menu, go to Settings
> Bank accounts and scheduling
Click Edit next to the currently linked bank.
Enter your old bank account information and your new Brex account details, then click Update bank account.
From your Square
dashboard, go to Account Settings
> Bank Accounts
> Add Bank Account
and select Change Bank Account
Enter your Brex account details, then click Verify.
Check your email for a confirmation from Square. Click the link within 24 hours to confirm the change.
On your Paypal
account, click Wallet
at the top of the page.
Click Link a bank account.
Select Brex in the list and enter your Brex login information.
Enter your Brex security code (SMS or two-factor code) and your connection will be confirmed instantly.
If you're unable to connect Brex to Paypal after following steps 1-4 above, follow instructions under Option 2 here
. This requires you to enter your Brex account details manually.
