How do I change the phone number associated with my account?

Currently, the only way to update the phone number associated with your Brex account is to contact our support team.

Send a phone number update request to support@brex.com (from the email currently on file) or live chat with us on our website so that we can update your account on our end.

Once updated, your new phone number will also apply to the following:
  • Method of identity verification when contacting Brex support
  • SMS notifications and receipt matching
