As a Brex Admin, you are able to update your company’s address in the event that you have moved. The updated address will be used for your business physical address, billing address, and the cash beneficiary address (if your business has a Brex Cash account). The cash beneficiary address is the address on file for wire transfers.
To update your company address, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab on the left-hand menu bar of the Brex dashboard
Step 2: Click on the Company tab
Step 3: In the Company information section, click on Update next to Address
Step 4: You will be asked to indicate whether you would like to change the billing address for all current and future cards or just future cards; click Continue
Step 5: Enter in your new company address and click Update
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after. If you updated the billing address for all cards (current and future cards), please update the billing address on any recurring charges to avoid declines.
Your shipping address will default to your company address, but can be changed on a card by card basis when a new card is being issued.
