We understand that there may be months you need to spend more than your credit limit allows. There are a number of ways that you can request a higher credit limit. Please reference the relevant section below.
Credit limits are dynamic by design and are adjusted on a regular basis depending on your company's spending patterns, cash balance, and sales (if you're an ecommerce company).
Option 1 - Update bank data
If you currently have an existing bank connection with Brex, it may need to be reconnected. This will ensure that we have the most up-to-date picture of your finances and can adjust your credit limit appropriately. If you don’t currently have a bank connection with Brex, you can send us your most recent bank statements instead. Please reach out to our support team so that we can provide you with a secure link to do so.
Option 2 - Link an additional bank account to Brex
Option 3 - Connect your sales platform(s) to Brex (Ecommerce)
Approved ecommerce customers may link their sales platforms to Brex and give us read-only access. With this visibility over your 30-day net sales, we’ll adjust your credit limit accordingly.
