Where do I forward email receipts?

Please forward email receipts to receipts@brex.com. In order for receipts to match with the corresponding transaction, they will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Emails must be forwarded from an email address associated with the cardholder's Brex account.
  • The receipt must be embedded in the email, not attached.
  • The email must include receipt details such as price‚Äďan email confirmation is not sufficient.
Note: Only receipts less than 2 months old will match automatically.

We accept typos! If you accidentally forward receipts to receipt@brex.com, reciepts@brex.com, or reciept@brex.com, they will still be matched.
If you're having trouble matching receipts to transactions via email forwarding, please try manually attaching your email receipt by following these steps:

Step 1: On your email browser, select the option to print.

Step 2: On the printer options page, select Save as PDF.

Step 3: Manually upload the receipt to the transaction.
