Please forward email receipts to email@example.com
. In order for receipts to match with the corresponding transaction, they will need to meet the following criteria:
- Emails must be forwarded from an email address associated with the cardholder's Brex account.
- The receipt must be embedded in the email, not attached.
- The email must include receipt details such as price–an email confirmation is not sufficient.
Note: Only receipts less than 2 months old will match automatically.
We accept typos! If you accidentally forward receipts to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, or firstname.lastname@example.org, they will still be matched.
If you're having trouble matching receipts to transactions via email forwarding, please try manually attaching your email receipt by following these steps:
Step 1: On your email browser, select the option to print.
Step 2: On the printer options page, select Save as PDF.
