The chat function is only accessible through your Brex dashboard under Support. You can also chat with our support team through the link at the bottom of every help article, after logging into your Brex account.
If you don't yet have a Brex account, please complete the application to the best of your ability and a member of our team will follow up with you.
If you're trying to access chat through your Brex dashboard and are not seeing a chat screen, please make sure to disable any ad blockers for Brex.com
and try again.
Note: Browser extensions have access to all page data, so make sure that you only install extensions you trust.
If you have third-party cookie blocking enabled, please disable it by following the steps below, and try again.
Step 1: In your Google Chrome browser, click the three dots at the top right and then Settings.
Step 2: At the bottom, click Advanced.
Step 3: In the Privacy and Security section, click Site settings.
Step 4: Select Cookies.
Step 5: Uncheck the box next to Block third-party cookies and site data.
