How can bookkeepers manage multiple Brex accounts?

Pro access enables Brex bookkeepers and accounting partners to close their clients’ books faster by managing multiple Brex accounts under a single sign-in.

To gain access, you’ll need to be a Brex accounting partner. If you’re interested, please contact your Brex relationship manager or email accountants@brex.com.

One sign-in

To begin managing multiple accounts with the same sign-in credentials, please first ensure that:
  • Your firm has been added as a Financial Service Partner (“FSP”).
  • Your clients have added your firm as a Brex accounting partner.
  • You have been given external access to client accounts within your company’s Brex dashboard.

Switching between accounts

It’s easy to toggle between accounts by following these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to Brex with your firm’s account.

Step 2: Select the option to Switch company in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select the company whose dashboard you wish to access.

You’re now signed in to your client’s account and can switch between companies at any time.

Viewing connected accounts

You can view connected client accounts from your firm’s account by going to Team > Clients. You can also disconnect client accounts from this page.

Consolidating existing accounts

If you currently have multiple Brex sign-ins for each of your clients, the admin of your client’s Brex account can delete the account you were previously using to access their Brex dashboard. You can then switch between accounts with the steps above.
