If your transfer is only slightly outside of standard processing time, please give it a few extra days to clear.
If your transfer is well outside of processing time or you suspect there may be another issue, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: You can view the status of the transfer on your Brex dashboard under Cash > Transactions.
Step 2: If the transfer says Processed but it has yet to be received, contact the beneficiary. They should be able to trace it.
- Step 1: Reach out to the correspondent financial institution to see when they expect the transfer to clear.
- Step 2: If they can’t provide a timeline, request the following for tracking purposes.
- For ACHs: The Remittance Number
- For wires: The IMAD and OMAD, the MT103, or a copy of the SWIFT message
