When a transaction is considered unusual by our system, Brex may require additional approvals before processing the payment. The approval process may differ depending on the number of Cash Admins currently on the account.
If a transaction requires additional approval, the sole admin will receive a notification from their Brex app to confirm the payment. Once the payment has been approved from the mobile app, it will continue processing as expected.
Important Note: Approval notifications will be sent via email if the Brex app has not been installed.
