I am having trouble accessing the support chat.

If you are using an Adblocker, we recommend disabling it for and trying again. Please note that browser extensions have access to all page data, so make sure that you only install extensions you trust.

If you have third-party cookie blocking enabled, please disable it by following the steps below and try again.

Step 1: In your Google Chrome browser, click on the three dots on the top right and then Settings

Step 2: At the bottom, click on Advanced

Step 3: In the Privacy and Security section, click Site settings

Step 4: Select Cookies

Step 5: Uncheck the box next to Block third-party cookies and site data
