When a user needs to spend more than their monthly user limit, a Brex Admin can update their user limit by following the steps below:
Step 1: Expand the Team tab and click on Users and cards on the left-hand side of the Brex dashboard
Step 2: Search for the cardholder using the search bar; when the user's name appears in the Active search results, click on the user's name
A menu bar will appear from the right-hand side with information on the user's cards and spend.
Step 3: To the right of Monthly Limit under the Cards section, click on the pencil icon to update the user limit
User limits can be larger than the account limit, but please note that the account limit determines the total amount that your company can spend.
