Where do I forward email receipts?

Please forward email receipts to In order for these to match with its corresponding transaction, they will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Emails must be forwarded from an email address associated with the cardholder's Brex account
  • The receipt must be embedded in the email (not attached)
  • The email must include receipt details such as price (an email confirmation is insufficient)
If you are having trouble matching receipts to transactions via email forwarding, try manually attaching your email receipt by following the steps below:

Step 1: On your email browser, find the option to print

Step 2: On the printer options page, select Save as PDF

Step 3: Manually upload the receipt to the transaction as per these instructions
