Where do I forward email receipts?

Please forward email receipts to In order for receipts to match with the corresponding transaction, they will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Emails must be forwarded from an email address associated with the cardholder's Brex account.
  • The receipt must be embedded in the email, not attached.
  • The email must include receipt details such as price‚Äďan email confirmation is not sufficient.
Note: Only receipts less than 2 months old will match automatically.

We accept typos! If you accidentally forward receipts to,, or, they will still be matched.
If you're having trouble matching receipts to transactions via email forwarding, please try manually attaching your email receipt by following these steps:

Step 1: On your email browser, select the option to print.

Step 2: On the printer options page, select Save as PDF.

Step 3: Manually upload the receipt to the transaction.
