Brex makes it easy for cardholders to track receipts with automatic receipt matching technology. There are four options to do so; please reference the relevant section below.
Option 1 - via the Brex Dashboard
Step 1: Click on Your Transactions (if an Admin) or Transactions (if a Regular user) on the left-hand menu bar of the Brex dashboard
Step 2: Find the transaction you are looking to match a receipt to and click on it
Step 3: Click on Add Receipt
Option 2 - via the Brex Mobile App
Each time you transact with your physical Brex card at a terminal, you will receive a push notification from the Brex mobile app prompting you to take a photo of the receipt and attach it to the transaction. The photo of this receipt is then automatically matched to the relevant transaction and stored in your Brex Dashboard.
Option 3 - via Email Receipt Forwarding
For online transactions, you will likely be receiving receipts to your email. To match a receipt received via email to a transaction, forward this email receipt to receipts@brex.com.
Please note that the email receipt must be forwarded from an email address associated with your Brex account.
Option 4 - via SMS Notification
Each time you transact with your physical Brex card at a terminal, you will receive a text message prompting you to take a photo of the receipt and respond with the photo. The photo of this receipt is then automatically matched to the relevant transaction and stored in your Brex Dashboard.

You can find a copy of a receipt by clicking on the relevant transaction on the Transactions tab in your Brex dashboard, and looking at the Attached Receipts section:

Please note that you will only see a receipt if it was successfully matched with a transaction.
