To update the phone number for your Brex account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings in your Brex dashboard
Step 2: Under the Personal tab, scroll down to find Phone number and click Update
Step 3: Enter your new phone number and click Update
Step 4: Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone number and click Continue (the code will typically expire after 3 minutes)
That’s it! Once updated, your new phone number will also apply to the following:
- Verifying your identity when contacting Support
- SMS notifications and receipt matching
Each user can only have one phone number associated with their account.
